By booking with Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Safety Guidelines: Customer agrees to comply with all safety rules while using rented equipment. Instructions for safety and operation will be reviewed at the time of setup and include, but are not limited to:

• i. NO SHOES in inflatables
• ii. NO flips or somersaults etc.
• iii. NO roughhousing, horseplay, in/or around equipment
• iv. NO climbing, hanging, standing or pulling on sides, tops, backs of equipment
• v. NO crawling under bottom or edge of equipment
• vi. NO taping, fastening or hanging anything to or in the inflatable equipment. Severe injury risk can occur.
• vii. NO FOOD, DRINKS, CANDY, ANIMALS, SHOES, SILLY STRING or SHARP OBJECTS are to be allowed in the rentals at ANY time.
• viii. All persons must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, belts, sharp objects etc.

• Additional Safety Rules: 

1. Adult supervision is required at all times.
2. Maximum occupancy, weight, and height limits must not be exceeded.
3. Equipment must not be used during unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightening, hail etc.)
4. Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the rental.

2. Operating Instructions: Customers shall operate the rented equipment only as instructed by Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals personnel. Any malfunction or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately, and the equipment must be discontinued until it is deemed safe for use. Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from improper operation or failure to follow instructions. 

3. Inspection of Rented Equipment: Customers acknowledge that they have inspected the equipment upon delivery and found it to be in good working order. Any concerns or defects must be reported to Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals prior to use. Acceptance of the equipment constitutes acknowledgment that it is in satisfactory condition unless otherwise noted by the company.

4. Possession and Responsibility: Customers right to possession of the rented equipment begins upon delivery and ends upon pickup by Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals. Retention of the equipment beyond rental period or refusal to allow pickup constitutes a material breach of this agreement. In such cases, the customer is liable for the full replacement value of any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, in addition to any costs incurred by Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals to recover the equipment. Equipment may NOT be rented, sold, moved from the delivery address, or transferred to another party without prior written consent from Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals.

5. Damage Due to Negligence or Unsafe Use: Customer is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, failure to follow safety guidelines, or misuse of equipment. Charges for repair or replacement of damaged equipment will include any associated labor, materials, or other incidentals required to restore the equipment to proper working condition.

6. Right to Enter Property: Customer grants Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals the right to access the premises for delivery, setup, and pickup of the rented equipment. In cases of breach, non-return, or emergency, Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals may enter the property without further notice to recover the equipment. 

7. Payment and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposits are non-refundable. Upon receipt of the deposit, Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals will reserve the agreed-upon date and rental items exclusively for the customer and will not make these items available to any other customer for the same rental period. If the customer cancels after payment has been made, the deposit shall be retained. However, if the full rental amount has been paid and the cancellation occurs at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to rental date, the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) can be refunded at the discretion of Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals. 

The remaining balance is due twenty-four (24) hours prior to the rental date. If the remaining balance is not received by this deadline, the reservation will be automatically released, and the order will be canceled. If the rental equipment has been delivered by Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals and accepted by the customer, no refund will be issued if the customer chooses not to use the equipment due to weather conditions or any other reason(s).

Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather (rain, hail, high winds, etc.), Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation. If Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals cancels the reservation, the customer will receive a “rain check” valid for up to one year (365 days) from the original event date.

Electrical Requirements: The customer shall provide safe power within 75 feet of the rented equipment. Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals is not responsible for improper or unsafe power sources.

8. General Release, Indemnity, and Hold Harmless: Customer acknowledges that the use of rented equipment carries inherent risks of personal injury or property damage. By signing this agreement, the customer releases Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of the equipment, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Customer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals from all claims, losses, damages, and costs (including attorney fees) resulting from customers use, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

9. Cleaning and Prohibited Substances: The customer is responsible for maintaining the rented equipment in a clean and safe condition. Additional cleaning fees may be assessed for excessive messes, including but not limited to mud, food, drinks, or other substances. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: confetti, silly string, face paint, pets, and sharp objects.

10. Late Pickup and Additional Fees: Equipment must be accessible for pickup at the agreed-upon time. If Freedom Water & Bounce Party Rentals is unable to retrieve equipment due to inaccessibility, the customer may incur additional rental or service fees.

11. Severability: If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions of this agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The parties agree that any such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a provision that is lawful and enforceable and that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties. 

12. Customer Acknowledgment: By signing this agreement or electronically accepting it the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions herein. The customer also represents that they are authorized to to accept delivery of the rented equipment and to enter this agreement on behalf of any minor or other party using the equipment. 

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• I HAVE COMPLETELY READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT
• I WILL BE FULLY INSTRUCTED BY FREEDOM WATER & BOUNCE PARTY RENTALS PERSONNEL AS A TRAINED OPERATOR FOR THE RENTED EQUIPMENT WHILE IN MY POSSESSION
• I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM MUTUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ADHERING TO ALL TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to be bound by them.
